Anne Tahim, CPA
Anne Tahim has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Washington School of Business Administration. She was Licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of California in March 1982.
Tahim & Associates was founded by Anne Tahim in 1985. She has provided professional services in the realm of tax, audit, and accounting to corporations, individuals, and partnerships for over 25 years.
Anne Tahim is a member California Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Amercian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has served on board of various non-profit organizations. She also served as the board member of the qualification committee of the State Board of Accountancy for the State of California.
Albert Zhang, CPA
Albert Zhang has a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a major in Accounting from California State University Los Angeles. He has been a CPA since 2001. He has over 15 years of experience in public accounting providing tax compliance services for high net worth individuals, closely held businesses and various other organizations.
Christine Vu has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with concentration in Accounting from California State University Fullerton. Her current expertise includes Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales Tax, Property Tax, Compilations, review and Audit of financial Statements.
Robert received his Accounting degree from S.A. College in Santa Ana, California in 2000.
He acquired knowledge in payroll processing through formal college courses and in house training provided by CPA's. His current experience includes preparing monthly accounting books, processing payroll checks, and filling quarterly and annually payroll returns, including W2 forms.
Financial Planning Consultant
Charles Reyes graduated from the University of California Irvine. Charles Reyes is our in-house advisor for retirement planning and employee benefits administrator. Prior to joining our team, Charles worked as an account executive for small businesses raising working capital. Charles joined Tahim & Associates's financial division in 2009 and serves as a personal consultant for our private client services. His expertise conducts of financial, retirement, and estate planning involving tax implications, income distribution, and analytical research for individuals, corporations and corporate pension plans. Charles also operates as a licensed insurance professional, administering employee benefits, medical expense planning, wealth transfer, disability, and senior health counseling. His ambition in the financial industry has resulted in the study of his Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc.
Pamela Tahim Thakur
In-House Legal Counsel
Pamela graduated with a J.D. and LLM in Taxation from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2005. Pamela received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Minor in Spanish at UCLA. She is multi-lingual in Spanish, Hindi and Punjabi.
Pamela Tahim is the Principal Attorney and Founder of Thakur Law Firm. Pamela maintains a diverse practice that includes providing legal services in the areas of employment, real estate, business, entertainment, tax/estate planning and health care law. Pamela previously worked as Senior Associate at southern California law firm Tredway, Lumsdaine & Doyle LLP for over nine (9) years. Pamela is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Tax Court.
Pamela is heavily involved and passionate about working in the non-profit sector and is Co-Founder of the non-profit Kind-Hearted Compassion in Action Foundation and Treasurer of Women’s Transitional Living Center.
Teresa Cruz has been working for Tahim & Associates as an Office Administrator since 2010. She holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is responsible for interfacing with clients, CPA’s and other staff members including scheduling of appointments, billing, accounts payable, collections and special projects etc. She is also a Notary Public.
